The 12-Week Builder is a structured program designed for athletes who want to begin their triathlon journey with confidence, or for experienced athletes who need a focused block to reset mid season. It balances progression, recovery, and strength so you can train consistently without burning out.

Delivered through TrainingPeaks, the plan includes:

  • Three clear training phases with progressive overload

  • Swim, bike, run, and strength sessions designed for balanced development

  • Key session notes so you know exactly where to push and where to hold back

  • Recovery guidance to support adaptation and prevent overtraining

  • Optional integration into full coaching after completion
