Common questions
Do I need to be experienced, or fit already?
No. I coach athletes at every stage, from a first sprint triathlon to racing at the front of the field. The plan starts from where you actually are, not where a template assumes you should be.
What is the difference between Customized Coaching and the 12-Week Builder?
The Builder is a structured 12 week plan: three phases, swim, bike, run and strength sessions, with notes on the key workouts. You execute it on your own schedule. Customized Coaching is fully bespoke and ongoing: I build and adjust your training every week, analyze your data, and you have unlimited messaging access to me. If you want accountability and feedback, that is the one.
What is the commitment?
Customized Coaching is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Real fitness takes a few months to build, but that should be earned by results, not locked in by a contract.
What platform does training run on?
TrainingPeaks, with a Premium account included in coaching. Your sessions sync from your watch or bike computer automatically, and I see every workout as it happens.
